I’ve spent the last 8 years dedicated to early childhood education at Brown International and Teller Elementary school, teaching grades K-2.  Over this time, I’ve helped hundreds of students (and their parents) recognize that parenting is about finding the right balance of respect, consistency, boundaries, and yes – even fun!  

 

During this time I juggled the roles of being the Early Literacy Specialist, Early Education Teacher Leader, a representative on our Collaborative School Committee with parents and community members, was honored as the Denver Distinguished Teacher of the Year and a distinguished teacher in Denver 8 years in a row.
